Hourly services to troubleshoot issues with home networks, computers, software/app issues, and troubleshoot other home electronic device problems.
Home Electronics Setup
Hourly services to complete tasks such as printer setup, setting up new computer, setting up home networks, smart home device setup, TV setup, streaming device setup (like the Roku and Chromecast devices), and other home electronic device setup.
Tutoring
Hourly tutoring services are available for our technician to come out to your home to teach you how to use different aspects of technology. We can show you how to use your computer, tablet, phone, tv, or other electronic devices you need help with.
Tutoring and consulting services can also be done in-store or remotely.

Networking
Many networking issues we see are due to old, outdated, or faulty networking equipment/connections. We offer network troubleshooting and expandable network solutions for both residential and business applications.
VoIP Phone Services
We resell the Elevate VoIP (voice over IP) Phone services to help your business communicate. Elevate offers traditional phone services as well as SMS, a mobile phone app, and the Elevate UC app for online meetings and team chat. Multiple styles of phones and voice equipment are available to suit your needs.
Servers & File Sharing
Whether your business already has a server setup or you are looking for a server solution, we’d be happy to work with you on it! We have setup brand new server setups as well as Network Attached Storage (NAS) solutions for domain computer users, software hosting, file sharing, file backup, and more.

Software Fixes
If your program isn’t working the way it should, we can work with you and/or the program’s support to troubleshoot the issue.
Networking
Many networking issues we see are due to old, outdated, or faulty networking equipment/connections. Most times with hardware-related network issues we recommend replacing the device rather than repair. If the issue is with cable runs, we can replace bad cables and/or cable-ends.
Computers & Equipment
Most hardware repairs are done in-store, however some simple repairs or repairs to business equipment can be done on-site if it makes sense to do so.
